“I called the owner to have him come out and take a look at my kitchen. I have some water damage and needed a quote. I set a time for him to come out and after waiting for 3 hours past the appointment time. I gave him a call and he said that one of his employees walked out early. He said he would arrive by 5pm. At 6:30 I tried calling and messaging him to no avail. He never answered.Update: the owners daughter was in the hospital. I ended up using another company.“
