They followed up with a phone call first thing the next day when they were open with patience and understanding of my dog’s situation. They took wonderful care of Mochi even to the point of the owner Jen coming out to meet with me at drop off and pick up. Feel like I made a friend. On top of all of that, I can say they gave him the cutest cut under the circumstances.“

“We have a grooming appointment for one month from now (was hoping to get in sooner) but we walked in for a nail trim. Our shih-tzu is a drama queen about having her paws touched but they did a fantastic job - and for only $12! They had my wife hold our dog while the assistant clipped away and it was done in less than 15 minutes.“

“Lex and her team of groomers always do a fantastic job with our two Morkies. I especially love how quick the girls are in and out - in under 2 hours - without spending all day there. And, I also love the personalized attention our girls get. I really disliked that at a different place I previously took them in Montclair that would keep each pup for 4+ hours which was extremely stressful for them.“

“They are so patient and kind with my dog Riley. Getting an appointment is always quick and easy. The staff always do a great job and she comes home smelling so pretty with a shinny coat. They are able to cut her nails, clean her ears and brush her teeth. Absolutely recommend them!“

They took such amazing care of him! They are incredibly kind, patient and so dedicated. They even went an extra mile and called his doctors to make sure they knew details of his issues and could handle him right. He always came back looking so happy and fluffy. They never keep your pup longer than needed. Every dog is tended to immediately. They never overbook or keep you waiting. The experience was always so seamless. Plus the place is soooo clean and open. You can watch your baby while being groomed. Their response times are always so quick. We loved Sylviana and Mercedes, Nikki and Erica. Miss seeing them. For the first time in Simba's life, for the past three years that we went there, I had so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. They are absolute animal lovers and it shows.
