She educated me and kept checking on me, making sure i was comfortable through the entire procedure. She also sent me a 102 page booklet on how to keep healthy and what to eat. The booklet basically guides you to a better and healthier lifestyle. Like I said I'm so glad that I choose, The Alist Wellness Center. I am definitely coming back for more sessions. I would definitely recommend this establishment to family, friends, and whomever want their colon cleansed by an expert who really cares.
