I came in for my pinched nerve in my neck. I saw Stefanie Pinto this session. She was very knowledgeable and great. My left shoulder has been locked up for about two months now. I finally feel some relief. I will definitely be making another appointment soon. I would recommend this place to anyone who has been struggling with tightness and pain.

Tami and her entire practice are golden — exceptional capabilities here to understand your body, massage offerings that are healing and truly therapeutic + overall zen atmosphere. I’ve been coming here pre-/during/post-pregnancy and it’s always worth it. No matter who you work with (Tami, Stef, Shi-Kit), it’s so good for you! They care about their craft and clients, and it shows ??

Stefanie Pinto has been my go-to massage therapist since 2020. Combined with regular chiropractic adjustments, sessions with Stephanie have reduced pain, soreness and permanently fixed some long nagging musculoskeletal issues I hadn’t able to solve before seeing her. I can’t recommend her enough.
