“I really underestimated how far the technician will go for me to fix a unique computer issue.

At first I was frustrated for how long the process took. Over a month. But after receiving laptop again and having it fixed, the technician explained to me that the computer parts needed to fix my computer was rare in the market and had to look into it really hard to find the right part. Can't appreciate is hard work enough.
