Had a great experience! The technician was efficient, knowledgeable to what needed to be done, and was a perfectionist when it came to finishing the job right. Joe was fantastic! I was in a panic when I called him. I thought that my new laptop had been compromised. He explained the guy had been phishing. He completely set up the laptop for me.
