Ken did an amazing job saving my data! We’ve been coming here for years and have always been happy with the service, but this time was above and beyond!! Managed to recover all of my data after my computer was LITERALLY on fire. Great communication and reasonably priced.
I'm super grateful to this shop for helping me with my laptop and saving me a ton of money. Long story short, my laptop wasn't working, and Geek Squad kept saying the motherboard was fried and other parts were bad, and that it'd be cheaper to buy a new one than fix it. My laptop was $2200 and only two years old, by the way. They estimated the repair at $900, so I decided to sell it for parts, but I was worried some of my info would still be on the SSD. I have used the services here at Xtreme several times, and I have always been more than satisfied with the level of service I have received. My laptops were always ready when promised, the price fair, and the service prompt and friendly.
