She was very helpful in explaining different features and providing a recommendation. I purchased hearing aids for her that have worked tremendously well.Recently (six years after her first visit), my mother lost one of the hearing aids. I sent a note to Dr. Farah, who very promptly responded with alternatives for a replacement.
