If you’re having a true medical emergency and have already been to the ER and are crying in pain trying to make an appointment expect the lady to hang up on you because you beg for a same day appointment. These are not people who care about helping, just here to cash checks

Bucks County Gastroenterology was recommended to me by my PCP. Unfortunately they NEVER answer the phone. Even when you are careful too call during hours and avoid lunch when the voicemail says the office is closed, still you are forced too leave voice mails. After 2.5 weeks of this I finally got through. The receptionist was very polite and asked me to fax my medical records over. After my I called my PCP too fax over medical records unfortunately the cyle repeated, & I never got through to verify my medical records were received. I hope they get an answering service that can handle scheduling for them. is negative stars an option.

I am sincerely thankful to be a patient at Bucks County Gastroenterology. Dr Mekapati is a wonderful doctor with an outstanding staff. I have been a patient here for more than twenty years and have always felt I was getting the best care for my health issues. The whole staff is amazing! In particular Terry who has been my go to person for navigating insurance complexities for years. I am truly amazed by her professionalism and steadfastness as she continually spends long hours getting medications approved through insurance. This is a practice that genuinely cares about patients.
