Ken was referred by a neighbor. I called him to come out to replace my sump pump. He showed up on time and did the work as quoted. Will definitely use again and recommend as well.

I had a leak in my hot water twist valve in my washing machine outlet box, and Ken replaced both hot and cold valves as they were old and leaky. He was very professional and did a clean, quality job replacing the valves and the upper portion of the washing machine waste line. The only area of caution is his pricing. I was informed ahead of time of his prices per hour, and used that to come up with a ball park estimate. The job took him 2.5 hours (He had to run out and get a few unstocked basic parts, a little odd...) so I calculated the price using the information I was told by Katherine, and I was charged more than double. Ken is the ultimate professional and excellent at his trade. Kathy is wonderful to speak with and makes sure to proactively work to make sure scheduling and questions are addressed.I can’t speak more highly of the both of them! They make an amazing , worry free team to work with !
