“Unfortunately someone was trying to enter our home and broke our glass sliding door. We couldn't find anyone to help. Glass replacement was 2-4 weeks. New doors from contractors were at least 2 weeks and as many as 5. Factory Direct was at our house the next morning and the sliding doors were replaced the following day. I received a call from Joe very quickly and he said he would be out the same day to look at it. Unlike a lot of other contractors he showed up, saw the problem , gave me a fair price and said he would come the next day to repair it. Well, Joe did come the next day and did a really great job fixing the problem with my roof.
