“Duraplex replaced all my windows 25 yrs ago so when 2 windows needed replacing we went back to them. Still fabulous pricing and service. We initially approached another major window company for a second quote, and they tried to sell us eleven windows for thirty thousand dollars. They did not listen to us so we chose duraplex again. With the fabulous price for only two windows, we also got a new front storm door. Jeff the project manager set up everything and it ran smoothly. My wife has given Duraplex name and number to at least four people in the past two weeks. They gave me a Veteran discount and everyone I talked to was helpful and respectful. I give them ten stars.“
