We were in need of new siding and windows, and came across Monmouth Vinyl. After initially meeting with Steve and Joe we were very impressed with their knowledge, and passion. They walked us through all of our options in siding and windows, and offered us multiple quotes for all the choices available. They were extremely flexible in handling all of our questions and concerns leading into the work and during. All of the workers on site were also kind and respectful, cleaning up after they were done. And perhaps the best was seeing their meticulous approach to everything being installed. We recently worked with Monmouth Vinyl to replace our roof and gutters, and we could not be happier with the work that was done. Joe and his team were professional from start to finish. The scope of work, timeline, and costs were clearly laid out, and we were provided with all of the information needed to make the necessary decisions. They communicated when they would be there and what they would be doing, and what they may find so we were fully prepared. These guys know what they are doing. I have an unusual roof with a very slight pitch, complicated angles plus a flat roof. I have been plagued by leaks and tried unsuccessfully to have the problem remedied by several roofers over the 40 + years in my home. Over the 40 years I have had four different roof caps and two ceilings replaced It became time for another new roof and I explained to Steve my previous experience with roofing problems and companies. He said he could solve it. He did! I chose Monmouth Vinyl because my neighbor used them and was delighted with their work on his new roof. My neighbor had a leaking problem and even though it was not caused by the roof, Monmouth Vinyl helped him solve his problem after his installation. One year later, my roof had a slight problem . I called Monmouth Vinyl and explained my issue. They apologized, sent a crew over and fixed it. Here is a company who stands behind their work, does a beautiful job, was respectful of my landscaping, and cleaned the property before they left. If getting a new roof can be a pleasant experience, this was it.
