Ordered a storm/screen door which arrived prior to date promised. Installers were well skilled, polite, neat and did a great job. The salesperson was also great and quite patient when he first sole me the door.

You may pay a bit less, but you will get a whole lot less. I know that from experience accumulated over many decades.
I recently had 16 windows replaced. The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish. It was a 2 day process and everyone involved exceeded all of my expectations. I did a thorough market analysis prior to choosing a company and Dura-Plex beat all other competitors in quality of windows, pricing and customer service. I required forms to be completed for HOA approval and was once again impressed with the quick response from their office staff. The gentlemen that installed the windows were courteous, time efficient and respectful of my space. I couldn’t have asked for a better company.
We were interested in getting our complete front door with side lites and storm door replaced along with our patio sliding doors. I got a couple of quotes which I was'nt totally comfortable with just because of pricing and attitude with the sales men. Jay from Duraplex came over and showed us various designs for everything and pricing for all . We felt very comfortable with him and happy with the pricing and decided to go with them.
