Duraplex replaced all my windows 25 yrs ago so when 2 windows needed replacing we went back to them. Still fabulous pricing and service. We initially approached another major window company for a second quote, and they tried to sell us eleven windows for thirty thousand dollars. They did not listen to us so we chose duraplex again. With the fabulous price for only two windows, we also got a new front storm door. Jeff the project manager set up everything and it ran smoothly. DuraPlex just completed the third project they did for me. Thirteen years ago they rescued my dilapidated aluminum sunroom by installing new windows and storm door. Could have upsold but instead suggested I paint it and it gave me another ten years. When it finally got too old to fix they tore it down and replaced it with a four season room that added so much to my home. Just this past month they transformed the exterior of my home removing the brick, adding a double window and siding and shutters. All in a week, no issues, true to their word. They are the best! I cannot be more pleased with the quality of the door and the expertise of the installer. I have had many construction projects and installations over the years and he was the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly and neat.
