My Navien unit is 2 years old and was installed by a homeowner that flipped the home, and the while the unit is great, the installation was done incorrectly. Sebastian came to the house the evening my heat and hot water went out (another large company said they couldnt make it until a week later) Sebastian literally walked me through the unit with the installation book, showing where the wrong parts or wrong installation, and communicated which fixes should be required to make the unit work for long term He was not pushy, just shared the information He came a few days later, worked 11 hours on the unit fixing each item in a clean and professional manner.
