In the few months Mac has gone to Pack, we’ve watched staff greet him by name and get down on his level when saying goodbye. We also noticed how much Mac’s confidence has grown since he has started. Pack Mentality is everything we hoped for in a doggy daycare. They’ve created a safe environment where our tripod dog thrives. Mac runs to the door on daycare days and comes home happy, and especially, TIRED. “I cannot say enough good things about Northcliff Kennels! We have been bringing our dog here for years, and Chuck and Pam and their staff are absolutely incredible. The facilities are top-notch, and they are so accommodating even in unforeseen or last minute events they always do what they can to help out and take care of our pup. Our dog is not very social, but gets so excited when she realizes she’s going to Northcliff and absolutely loves the staff! Cannot recommend enough!“
