I have been a member with TDI for over 10 years and have never been more disappointed. I renewed in December for $65 and basically received nothing in return. I called and the phone number was disconnected. I emailed with no response but when I inquired about renewing I had a response within hours. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general office. This years renewal was nothing more than money stealing. We have now enrolled with a different organization and are extremely happy with everything about them. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO TDI.

I've am currently with my 4th dog tested and registered with TDI. It is really sad to see one of the pioneer organizations in therapy dog testing and visitation fall into such disarray. This year they sent me an ID card for my dog with the wrong dog pictured. This despite the fact that my dog has been part of TDI for 7 years and has a personal ID #. I have emailed twice requesting a corrected ID and never heard from them. How am I supposed to visit with the wrong dog pictured on the card? AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

My dog has been a member of TDI since 2021. For 2 years, it has been a struggle to renew his certification through this site. The phone is disconnected, they don't respond to emails. This organization is a joke and I would recommend them to no one. It is a monumental waste of your time.
