“Unfortunately I will not be doing business with Crown Cleaners anymore. My family and I have been doing business with them for over twenty years with no complaints until now. I was asked to pay for alterations up front before the work was completed. Their rationale was that people were having alterations done and not returning to pick up their clothes. To pay for work before it is completed is like paying for food before you eat it. If that is their policy it should be posted. I have taken my business elsewhere.“

They are one of the few places that dont ruin your shirts and pay attention to details in the shirt creases. Honest are very nice and cordial all the time. If you forget detergent they have some in vending machine. Nice lady answered my question met older man doing his clothes , had good convo. Little out of way from place I was staying but I liked it.
