I've visited this laundromat a few times, and on each occasion, I've been delighted with both the affordability and the quality of the service. Moreover, the staff here exudes honesty and integrity. I had a recent experience where I brought in a pair of pants that had a cleaning tag suggesting they needed dry cleaning. However, after a quick examination of the cleaning tag, the owner informed me that normal washing would suffice, demonstrating their commitment to honest and customer-friendly service.
I can only speak to my experiences here over 8-10 years, which have been always been positive. Mrs. Lee even refused to try cleaning my battered, 10yo felt hat on the grounds that nothing could restore what was lost. It's also helpful to remember that she has a full array of tools for repairs to clothes and zippers, if not shoes.
