Thank you for taking such great care of my coat and for the exceptional customer service.! I've had my winter coat for almost seven years and it is truly my favorite, sturdy and hard to find something similar in the market today. When I picked it up, it looked brand new! I went to give delicate set of dresses for a dry wash and they said they will not want to damage it for the sake of money and they did not accept it. I truly admire their honesty and smile even in this pandemic season.
