I have only been going there for less than a year and he knows me by my first and last name. I started going here because another cleaners were afraid to even try and clean a stain on one of my suits. Custom cleaners easily removed the stain. I’m an attorney and it’s important to have nice clean clothes. This place is fair and reasonable and honorable. I give the highest rating I can.“

They were meticulous in the cleaning process, going over the set-in stains again and again. They brought me in for a final look at the gown before preserving it, and I couldn't believe the transformation-like new! “Pat the owner, is awesome. I have been a client since Pat took over management of the place from the prior owners several years ago, maybe 6 or 7. He honored my business with a perpetual discount to keep my business! So cool! He also honors the shop Hillsborough card, a tax benefit for Hillsborough residents where I receive a % of spend back annually. Finally, when I moved out of the area, he volunteered to pick up my order and drop it off on his own commute. Once I lost a shirt with the service (this is the first and only garment I've lost in my many years of service with them) and Pat continued to look for it for weeks and I was shocked that he actually found it! 4* because I wish the hours were earlier. I went to drop something off at 7:55am yesterday and the shop was closed. Thought they opened at 7:30am. I really miss the caliber of service I receive from Pat and I really wish he could open up a shop closer to my new home. Not sure how much longer this pick up drop off option will last since sometimes I do need the ability to do rush jobs and I can't do that right now, but I am so thankful for Pat's amazing service.“

I had a recent experience where I brought in a pair of pants that had a cleaning tag suggesting they needed dry cleaning. However, after a quick examination of the cleaning tag, the owner informed me that normal washing would suffice, demonstrating their commitment to honest and customer-friendly service.“
