Had a beautiful dress, wore to a wedding, got a stain on it, took it to a cleaner across the street from my job, they didn’t get the stain out told me as I keep getting it dry cleaned it would eventually come out. What! who wants to wear a dress with a stain. Anyway I brought it to Jem, who my sister and brother in law have been using for years and no problem got the stain out. I will never go anywhere else.

I absolutely love them. They are so kind, professional and friendly. They’re always willing to try when something seems impossible to clean or alter. I have been coming here since 2001 and will continue to come here as long as they exist! Every couple weeks I am here with shirts and slacks, and they're always ready on time and a reasonable price. They have also cleaned two Turkish carpets for me. From time to time I have brought them wool or silk clothing and they have always come back in perfect condition. The people working there are always friendly, and many times have carried my clothes out to my car for me. Additionally, they have a tailor on premises, who has done minor alterations on my dresses and fixed zippers. I like this place a lot, and recommend it with full confidence at five stars!
