I dropped off my coat yesterday and even though they told me it’d be ready in 4 days, the lady called me today letting me know it was ready now because a winter storm warning was issued and she had my coat ready for me to pickup so that I can have my coat handy for the coming storm. I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful.“

After being turned away by multiple places, I called here and was immediately told to come in. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease.
