My daughter needed to get 3 pairs of pants hemmed for a school trip to Philly. Naturally we waited until the last moment to find someone. So glad we found Sun Ray! They called us back right away and it was done quickly and amazing. Will definitely come again but we'll be sure not to wait until the last second.
The stitching on the strap of my motorcycle glove started to tear (see pic). I wanted to see if I could salvage these instead of buying new gloves, so I reached out to Sun Ray Garment Care. The front desk was polite and clear. He mentioned sometimes it's hard to work on gloves, depending on the type of damage, because there is limited space. I came in person so they can do their evaluation, and they said they could fix my glove. I told them that I don't need my glove fixed any time soon and they could put my glove as a low priority. They fixed my glove less than a week and I am satisfied with the results (see pic).

I cannot express how impressed I was with Sun Ray. I was greeted with politeness and a smile, much like I had been a regular client and not a first time walk in. They managed to remove stains from my blazer and had it done for me faster than estimated. This was a wonderful experience and they truly embody a level of customer service that is becoming rare.
