“Truly, a five star experience. Dr. Raghu and the staff at the eyecare center in Jackson are very patient and persistent in getting your eyes back on track. I am a special case in that I needed to go back three times but they did indeed get these glasses as perfect as humanly possible, thank you so very much for your incredible humanity!”
“The staff ALL are so extremely personable and professional ALWAYS! Dr. Malloy is so patient, compassion, professional always as well; she is extremely thorough in explaining everything about your eye health and helpful advice in making the best decisions for you!”
“I got my first pair of glasses here and did not realize that metal frames would not work well for me (especially the little nose thingies). They kindly swapped the lenses into new frames for me with no additional charge.”
