“In August of 2025, I had an exceptionally positive experience with CLEANTECKPROS. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and responsiveness were truly impressive. Although they explained it was an extremely busy day, they arrived in less than two hours. This was especially critical, as it was a Friday, and without their prompt service, I would have been left without a functioning bathroom for the entire weekend.

At the time, I had already been waiting two days for a response from my landlord, including after notifying new management via email. I had even reached out to city code enforcement, who did not follow up until the following Monday. Remarkably, CLEANTECKPROS responded faster than all parties involved—faster even than the time it took me to write this review.

The repair itself was completed in under one hour, and the technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, and meticulous. They left the area clean and orderly, demonstrating both respect for my home and pride in their workmanship. The team worked together to renewing my kitchen better than before. The work started when promised and was completed within timeframe given. Any adjustments or corrections were made when reported. (Communication and follow up is very important.)

They really hit the mark on professionalism, communicating, listening and understanding, organizing, job knowledge, timeliness, thoroughness, courteousness and patience. The only downside was the debris left in my driveway from the sawing. I’m sure this was an oversight.
