Mike came by to look at the area and gave me a general estimate pretty quickly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. There was very little dust leftover in any of the rooms and we were expecting the smell from the stain to be much worse but his guys made sure to aerate the space very well throughout the job.
