“We have used Gorsenger a few times over the last 30 years of owning our home for floor refinishing. We needed a railing installed in our kitchen and also wanted thr kitchen floors redone. The customer support and communication from the home office was great, thank you ladies, we liked being able to go to their showroom to actually see the products rather than looking through a catalog, which was a major selling point in our decision. Technology supporting quotes bids and text communications were a real time saver. Travis was very helpful in designing the railing and patient, since we changed our mind several times, once we started to understand the pros and cons of various options. We would use them again, project was actually 1 week ahead of time. The both railing and installation crew were knowledgable and professional. Great coordination and accurate timeline. “Justin and the team at Carpet Yard have now done two major projects for us. A few years ago they redid the floor and stairs in our basement. The stairs got new carpet and floors LPV. Both still look brand new today. A few weeks ago they replaced the flooring on our entire main level. Everything looks amazing! I am so happy with how both projects turned out. “Mike and his team were fantastic to work with. We recently used Supreme to refinish and stain the hardwood that was underneath our carpets. Mike came by to look at the area and gave me a general estimate pretty quickly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was available for contact throughout the project and his team had everything done and cleaned in a timely manner. There was very little dust leftover in any of the rooms and we were expecting the smell from the stain to be much worse but his guys made sure to aerate the space very well throughout the job. We are so happy with the finished product and already have so many compliments on the floors! We will definitely be keeping them in mind for our future flooring projects!“

He had great ideas and really did a great job putting together the whole package. They put in a resin floor, slat walls, cabinetry, hex lighting and a lift.
