I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Carpets With a Twist. Their customer service is unparalleled and they have tons of inventory, anything you could possibly need. Ashley and Mike understood my needs well and reviewed tons of samples with me within my budget and color scheme. God bless Craig who patiently accommodated my moving timeline. Alex and Gordy did a pristine job with the installation, and worked so fast. My parents had an equally great experience with them too. I’ll never look further than Carpets With a Twist for my future flooring needs.
If I could give 20 stars I would. In addition to being very helpful with the product selection for our new floor, Craig and Mike were there for us when we hit a couple of snags. Our contractor hurt his back and could not complete the install. They sent over an experienced expert installer (Chris) on the fly and installed our floor. When our contractor disappeared for a week and we had to have the shoe molding installed (or lose our move in date with our movers) they found another expert (Baltazar) who did a fabulous job.
