We have used Gorsenger a few times over the last 30 years of owning our home for floor refinishing. We needed a railing installed in our kitchen and also wanted thr kitchen floors redone. The customer support and communication from the home office was great, thank you ladies, we liked being able to go to their showroom to actually see the products rather than looking through a catalog, which was a major selling point in our decision. Gorsegner did a wonderful job installing new hardwood floors in my family room. The whole team was great, delivery, installation and staining /sealing. They refinished all the hardwood floors in my house a dozen years ago which still look great. I highly recommend them to everyone for hardwood floor installation and refinishing.
Gorsegner Brothers did a wonderful job on our wooden floors. Each crew (never more than 2) were courteous, competent, and extremely professional. We were notified ahead of time each day when they would show up to work so that we weren’t waiting or wondering when they would arrive. The office staff was professional, courteous and helpful as well. All our questions and concerns were addressed and satisfactorily answered. We would highly recommend them.
