A true test of the quality of a business is how they handle issues, While the floor that Gio Floors installed was impeccable, there was an issue with the floor material. When I called Gio, he immediately came out to check, and determined it was an issue with the floor material. He went back to the supplier and was able to get a replacement and fixed everything within one week. Again, I cannot recommend Gio Floors enough.

Gio is super personable and his crew is so professional and boy do they work clean.

I was so pleased with the professionalism of Gio and his crew. From the first phone call through installation Gio and his team were awesome. On time, explained everything kept in constant contact letting us know start dates, arrival times, etc. The team worked so clean and everything came out as expected and Gio fixed issues that my last floor install had completely ignored to the point where the floor was sagging in spots. We went with a Luxury Vinyl as that is rated highly for households with dogs and Gio had a really nice selection of options. They also replaced all of the molding as the previous contractor did a crappy job on that too. I highly recommend Gio floors.“

Kosta almost cared more about the kitchen than we did. A year later and we are still more than loving it. Kosta coordinated some additional painting and gave us the right person to refinish all our hardwood floors. All fantastic and extremely close to the completion date promised“

This was a personal project with my condo so there were many stakeholders involved (many neighbors and LOTS of dogs)! He helped secure samples so I could get feedback and easily make a selection with such patience. “I did a complete kitchen renovation and ordered everything from Aldo. It was a nice size job too. It took about 6 weeks to complete but the quality and workmanship was outstanding. They color coordinated the backsplash with the granite countertop and cabinets. I shopped the job with three other vendors and Aldo came in about 20% cheaper. Hes dependable and he does what he says. The only downside to this is hes busy but I guess everyone wants his services because of his good reputation. I'll use him next year for my bathroom project.“
