Great experience and outcome! Just had the carpet replaced in almost the entire house, and couldn’t be happier. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Jimmy was so nice to work with. He measured and then got the process started really quickly. He even gave us samples to take home to look at in different rooms/lighting to make sure we absolutely loved what we were picking. Three installers came and did the entire job in one day. They worked super efficiently and removed all the old carpet and padding. They also moved furniture and the stair railings, which they put back exactly how they found them. Awesome job! Just had about 1000 sq ft of carpet put in, (including living room, 2 bedrooms, and stairs-with stringers!). Would totally recommend this company if you need flooring. Start to finish it was a smooth process. From the moment we met Jimmy in the store and had scheduled the measurement appointment, we felt like he was listening to what we wanted and taking care of us. He came out measured and spoke to us about what we were looking for in terms of flooring. We then went into the store to look at the many options he had (in multiple price ranges), all truly affordable. I recently had a carpet installed by Carpets and More. A few years ago I purchased flooring from them and they did a beautiful job. I had purchased a carpet but unfortunately Life threw a few curveballs and I wasn’t able to install the carpet as soon as it should have been. I dealt with the installation manager his name is Al, he was so patient and kind with me. Very rare to find someone like him in today’s business world. He handled my situation with understanding and kindness. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Gonzalez who is A sales consultant along with the sales manager Jim.
