Carpets and More was a fantastic experience. Small enough to feel that family oriented vibe and big enough to fill our needs and be super competitive on price. We did some "Big Box" shopping and either talked to an inexperienced or "Could care less" person. Mark took such good care of us. I've already set up one of my best friends as a referral already.

I recently had a carpet installed by Carpets and More. A few years ago I purchased flooring from them and they did a beautiful job. I had purchased a carpet but unfortunately Life threw a few curveballs and I wasn’t able to install the carpet as soon as it should have been. I dealt with the installation manager his name is Al, he was so patient and kind with me. Very rare to find someone like him in today’s business world. He handled my situation with understanding and kindness. I then had the pleasure of dealing with Steve Gonzalez who is A sales consultant along with the sales manager Jim. Both of these gentlemen are in fact gentlemen, kind polite and so very helpful...read full review

I’m glad I picked Carpets & More. They did a fantastic job. It was a one day job few hours. Our stair carpet was OLD. Now when we walk up and down it’s refreshing and comfortable. Stephen was very professional gave us a lot of options. I’m a satisfied customer.
