“Shine Star is amazing! The team removed vinyl floor and carpet throughout our 100 year old home and beautifully restored the wood that had been hidden beneath.

We had a few surprises along the way and they were quick to provide quotes and knew how to fix everything. For instance, some of our inlay details were in real bad shape and they replaced them so beautifully you can’t tell which are the original or the replaced. Our stairs, hidden under carpet, were in such bad shape they actually had to replace them. The new risers and runs are gorgeous. We also stained the floor throughout and the everyone was so patient and provided me samples as I worked through the stain color options. They also touched up our stained trim on the first floor. They did a stunning job. The entire team was great to be around.

Everyone who comes over is amazed these floors had been covered up. I can’t recommend these guys enough!“

We reached out to six different flooring companies in the Hudson area of Jersey City, and Wix Flooring really stood out after our first meeting with Leo. Without any fluff, he explained in detail the real issues with our existing floors and gave us a clear picture of what was actually possible. The other five companies who came by completely overlooked the condition of our floors—they were too thin for another sanding.
