We reached out to six different flooring companies in the Hudson area of Jersey City, and Wix Flooring really stood out after our first meeting with Leo. Without any fluff, he explained in detail the real issues with our existing floors and gave us a clear picture of what was actually possible. The other five companies who came by completely overlooked the condition of our floors—they were too thin for another sanding. Leo presented two real solutions we weren’t prepared for: either completely replacing the floors or overlaying new wood on top of the existing ones. Even though we had initially planned just to refresh them, we trusted Leo’s expertise, and Wix Flooring refinished the entire floor within five days using new wood on top of the old—and it feels, sounds, and looks absolutely amazing.

Leo and Eugenie, who have been working together for over 10 years, handled everything with incredible skill. We chose a birch floor in a custom, non-traditional color, and they executed it flawlessly. The color, texture, and finish came out exactly as we had planned.
