I required the service of developing an appeal letter for a prior authorization for a specailty medication. Previously I had recieved multiple denial letters from my insurance company even after I switched to the brand of drug they requested. Nikia's process was simple and easy. My case qualified as urgent in which I heard back from her within THREE DAYS with an approval letter from my insruance company! After months of struggling and doing this work on my own.
