Home Care Options has proving this service for over 20 Plus years. I must say your aides have been providing professional, reliable and caring service to my brother. I must mention all the aides who have provided outstanding care for Willie. I’m retired from corporate 15 years ago now and I know what outstanding employees and service when I see them. They all treat Willie with care and respect. They understand his medical condition and make the necessary adjustments to provide him awesome care. Here are the outstanding aides: Gegina, Marilyn, Edna, Susana, Yasmiry and Maria. Others have provided service for Willie but forget those names. Freida have always gone out of her way to fill openings when someone calls out or on vacation.

From day one after returning home, Rose (physical therapy) and Anne (occupational therapy) have been so patient, encouraging and helpful with my father. He enjoys their company when they come and they have advocated for him more than I could ever - making sure he was taken care of, had supplies and necessary modifications - helping get us a hospital bed so he can sleep better on our first floor, helping with steps and getting upstairs to shower - and overall just incredibly compassionate and kind. Jessica, our nurse, has also been extremely helpful with any issues that came about and always made sure we were doing ok. I wish they could come every day, but we are grateful for when they do come.
