I cannot express how wonderful Gratitude Homecare was with my mother-in-law. The aides were caring, knowledgeable, professional, reliable and truly cared for my mother-in-law.The agency was always there when there were last minute changes to the schedule whether it was due to weather or just life. We never had a day or time that they weren't able to fill.The wonderful office staff was reachable 24/7. I couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use them again if needed.
I was fortunate to choose Gratitude as the agency that provided a caretaker for my aunt who was coming home from a subacute facility to hospice at her home based on her wishes. But more importantly I was gifted with the caretaker, Bridget, who Gratitude chose to be our live in caretaker to take my aunt through her journey. Bridget stayed with my aunt through four long tortuous days of battling her illness. She provided the utmost love, kindness and professional care that made her as comfortable as possible and also treated her with dignity and grace. We were lucky to have Alethia assigned as our caregiver. She's been with mom for over two years and has come to know her very well. She is caring, professional and is a strong advocate for mom in the facility where she lives. She is also smart, has a good sense of humor and is always a pleasure to be with. Thanks, Gratitude!
