“I have an intense fear of needles and dentists and anything medical due to a couple traumatic experiences as a kid. Ruined me forever. As a result I know I have to take extra care of myself to avoid treatments as much as possible. After years of avoiding the dentist I finally decided to go. I chose cleary because if the stellar reputation they have. From the moment I walked in until I left, I felt like part of their family. Every single staff member was extremely pleasant, re-assuring and helpful. Most important to me was how understanding they were of my fears. Jill was my hygienist. Such a knowledgeable, sweet and amazingly skilled professional. I straight up told her I’m a baby. She did everything to make me feel comfortable. She even bought a new stress ball for me to play with during the procedure. X-rays were done. Everything was in perfect shape, except I needed a deep clean since it’s been I don’t know how many years. My anxiety shot up a bit because I know you need needles to numb your mouth for it. The doctor came in, did her inspection an administered the shots slowly and walked me through the process minute by minute. Then it was over and I couldn’t feel a thing. Jill then started the cleaning which lasted maybe a half hour. It was oddly relaxing. Didn’t feel any discomfort the entire time. I will now be going on a regular basis so I can avoid a deep clean in the future and the shots LOL. Seriously though. I can’t recommend anymore more. I was a nervous wreck for weeks leading up to this appointment and now I’m actually looking forward to going back and seeing them. Thank you so much! I told Jill she’s stuck with me until she retires at this point!“
