“I have only been here twice so far, but each time has been a perfect experience. I’m not kidding when I say this is the first dental office I’ve been to that I haven’t cried at! I am usually bottled up with so much fear and anxiety but the staff here is AMAZING. “It has been some time since I was a patient at Monokian's and despite the time away they still treated me as a routine patient! Addressing problems that I knew were there after my dentist just about blew the problems under the table. It's left me upset and sad about the lack of treatment and care from a professional that you assume, and are always hoping have your best interest by providing you the care they should be, the care they signed up to provide. It sadly for some is just about the money, when, sure it should be little about the money, but more about the patients health! “What a great experience! I went to Dorfner Dental today to see if they could adjust my night guard. I wasn’t sure if they could help since I had it made elsewhere awhile ago. Dr Dorfner explained that any time you have dental work done, your teeth can shift, which affects the guard’s fit. The technician who adjusted my guard did an amazing job! The guard fits securely now without feeling overly tight. If you’ve never had a night guard, they cost $500 so being able to get a quick adjustment (instead of a new one) was a relief for my jaw (TMJ) and my budget. There was also no charge for the adjustment. Wow! Additionally, I’ve been to this office 3 times now and they always run on schedule, which I truly appreciate since I’m coming from work.“
“Steph really does a thorough job of cleaning. Even noted I had sleep apnea and used a c-pap. First dental hygienist to ever remark about this. Seemed genuinely concerned about the bacteria on my teeth and it affecting heart. She recommended 3 cleanings a year instead of two. Thankful to Steph for heart health.“

“I had been fighting off a bad tooth infection leading up to Christmas weekend (2023) until Friday morning I woke up and couldn't even close my mouth due to severe infection & swelling causing pain when my bottom rear teeth even barely touched my upper rear teeth. I had previous appointments made with other dentists but the soonest they had was weeks , if not over a month out. I called Rapha and was in the chair in less than an hour later, had the tooth pulled as it was my only option and could eat "some" Christmas dinner, which is a LOT better than being in pain 24/7 & starving!!!. I'm slated to go back after I heal to get permanent lock in dentures or implants on that side of my mouth. And it already sounds like 1/4 of the price than "Clear Choice" from what I've read and heard from others,Which I was lead to believe were the most affordable, I guess I should have known to "shop small" first!!!!“

“I had used the same dentist for 40 years but during Covid, he retired. The new dentist told me i had to have 2 teeth extracted and 2 crowns. I wanted a second opinion. One of my friends recommended Dr. Chin. After a consultation i was told that he could repair and was no need to extract my two mollers. It was done, painless and i saved thousands of dollars. Dr.Chin is friendly and a great Dentist. I feel blessed to have found him and wouldn't go anywhere else. A true credit to his profession.“

“My almost 5 year old son went from TRAUMATIZED of the dentist (after being at 2 other practices previously) to now LOVING the dentist! He seriously asked “Mom, when are we going to Dr. Etter again?” As we were pulling out of the parking lot after his first visit! He also said he wants to go everyday. I am blown away and so incredibly grateful we decided to go to Dr. Etter for a second opinion when our previous dentist gave us some not great news/recommendations that didn’t sit right with me. Dr. Etter was so patient and great with my son. He used the laser to fill a cavity that was causing some pain and he spent some time chatting with us before we left the office. I loved the relax atmosphere of the office and how I did not feel rushed at all. The office staff was also incredibly friendly entertaining both my boys as they showed them their stuffed animals as we waited to be seen. As someone who has also had a lot of anxiety about the dentist myself, I am actually really excited and at peace to have found Dr. Etter. I can’t thank him enough! He is an amazing, friendly and honest dentist! I highly recommend him!“

“Honestly have happy tears writing this which is ridiculous after a dentist appointment. Went in for what I thought was one scary thing- turned out to be another much worse even scarier thing.. as a new patient there the front desk got me in the same day- Elyse the hygienist (may be spelling it wrong) was seriously the most amazing medical professional I have encountered in my 35 years. She was so understanding and went way way way above and beyond to help me and encourage me through the appointment. Although I’m very upset by the state of my teeth I am SO GLAD I went here. They now have me on a path to getting this sorted out. The prices were also amazing compared to others in the area.I have major dentist anxiety and general anxiety and I would be comfortable going there every day if I had to. Can’t recommend them enough, I’m seriously so grateful.“
