I had a great experience! I was seen by Dr. Smigiel and he was so easygoing and flexible. Literally got full X-rays and a filling on the first visit! Everyone was so nice and efficient. The overall vibe of this office was just great; everything was explained to me, the team was reassuring, and they answered all my questions. This experience was a pretty stark contrast to the previous dental office I went to in Philly where it seemed like they were trying to come up with issues to make me spend more money. The wait can be a little long to get an appointment but definitely worth it!
I’ve been going to Mita Dental for the past three years, and I can genuinely say it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The entire team is kind, professional and incredibly efficient — they respect your time while still making you feel thoroughly cared for. It’s rare to find a place where you can leave feeling both well looked after and at ease, but this office manages to strike that perfect balance. I recommend Dr. Mita and his team wholeheartedly!!
Updated reviewed: Dr. Mita was very responsive to my concerns. I required restorative work which was quite involved. Dr. Mita was able to have a conversation, giving me details I needed and provided me options and solutions. I appreciate that I felt heard and he made the time for me to address any doubts/concerns I had.
