“As other reviewers have mentioned, you will receive excellent care here. This practice is full of very competent people, the office and grounds are well maintained and beautiful, and they have the latest dental technology. All of this wonderful stuff requires monetary support. To this extent, they are no longer in-network on either my primary or secondary dental insurance plans. And for this reason, I have had to find other care. When a routine cleaning and Xrays now cost $$$ instead of $, it is simply unaffordable for me. And though I understand the value of this “wonderfulness” and the need to balance patient care with the funding in order to support it, (having worked for nearly my entire career in global health benefits/insurance, I do know what I’m talking about), in the end my budget simply would not permit returning. Solid 5 stars except for the insurance issue. Knocking off a star for that—or perhaps it should be two. ☹️“

“I had a great experience they extracted 2 of my wisdom teeth. They were kind, funny and made the experience painless. I recommend them to anyone with any teeth problems from normal cleaning to serious extractions. They are patient and great at what they do.“

“I honestly never write long reviews, but Dr. Jaffari and the entire Team Dental staff deserve every single word of this ?
For the last 7 years of my life, I have been battling with my teeth. My overbite was one of my biggest insecurities, and after spending years going to different places, spending SO MUCH MONEY, and seeing little to no real results, I honestly started losing hope that I would ever have the smile I dreamed of.
A few months ago, I met Dr. Jaffari, and I can genuinely say finding him was one of the best things that could have happened to me. From day one, he listened to my frustrations, understood my concerns, and actually made me feel heard. I went to Team Dental Northern Liberties hoping for the best but scared of being disappointed again. Thankfully, my hopes were MORE than right.
In just a few months of braces treatment, I already noticed a difference in my smile. But NOTHING compares to these last TWO WEEKS after Dr. Jaffari recommended a palatal expander.
I was honestly scared at first because no one had ever recommended one to me before. I had literally a MILLION questions ? and he answered EVERY SINGLE ONE with so much patience. He explained everything over and over, never rushed me, and truly made sure I felt comfortable. Honestly, I think he was even more excited than I was for the procedure ?
AND THIS IS THE PART THAT SHOCKED ME...
In ONLY TWO WEEKS with my expander, my life has genuinely changed.
For the last 24 years of my life, I struggled with breathing while sleeping. I would constantly wake up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe and thought that was just “normal” for me. Since getting the expander, I can FINALLY sleep through the ENTIRE night without waking up gasping for air. Entire nights!!!! ? I still cannot believe I am even saying that. My breathing, sleep, and overall quality of life have changed SO much in only two weeks.
On top of that, I have noticed facial changes that I honestly cannot believe. My cheekbones look more defined, my jawline looks better, and overall I feel SO beautiful ? Sometimes I look in the mirror and I’m genuinely obsessed with the changes already. I truly feel like I’ve seen more progress in these two weeks than I saw in the last 7 years of orthodontic treatment.
Also, the ENTIRE Team Dental staff is amazing. Everyone is patient, kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Every appointment feels comfortable, and I actually look forward to going every month.
I do NOT regret for one second putting my smile, my face, and my trust in Dr. Jaffari and Team Dental. I only wish I had found him sooner.

“It's taking me and my family many years to find a dentist practice that we are comfortable with and we feel like we finally found it! My 18-year-old daughter loves it and will actually make her own appointments to go my 14-year-old son is very comfortable there as well. I had my first experience earlier this week and I was with Patsy and she was wonderful. Of course she was friendly and funny however, she cleaned my teeth so well and she did it in a way That was thoughtful, inconsiderate of everything. Dr. Andrew was fabulous as well super nice and kind jumped right in on the conversation. Patsy and I were having about the Ocean City Boardwalk. He was also knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice.“

“Dr. Adam Cohen was amazing. I had a complicated case for two very closely located dental implants. Very close to each other with one right under a sinus. He gently pushed the sinus up and inserted both implants within less than two hours. Couple hours later I had very little pain, no bleeding, and I was able to eat. It felt like nothing happened in my mouth. Dr. Cohen was very nice and he has an amazingly competent and friendly team. I would never go to another oral surgeon now that I know Dr. Cohen.“
