“They’re good but for whatever reason there’s like a very subliminal attitude in the atmosphere in there …like they try to discourage u as soon as u walk in with that “it’ll b a 3 hour wait” …it’s never that long ..it’s always less than an hour for what I go for which is testing ….then when u go back there they seem to rush everything and b real cold …like the idea of people being in the place irks them …it’s NEVER crowded …the patients are never rude or rowdy when I’m there so I don’t know what the staff be so miserable about …they need some Prozac in that bih …they’re too efficient to be acting all sour all day“

“I have about 10 years coming to this place, But this time around i came in as a walk in. I took me just about 10 minutes for my name to be called i was really impressed on how fast walks in are called i got taken care of real fast. I been to other places even to get results and it has taken me nearly 2 hours of waiting time. The place is very clean, The service is always outstanding wish they had places like this all all over the city. When you come in they welcome you in a nice way always with good mornings or good afternoons. “Seckin Endometriosis Center has changed my life. After years of being rejected by doctors and struggling for someone to believe in my pain enough to operate on me (many said I was too young to have endometriosis or severe pain), I finally came across this clinic. Not only did Dr. Chu hear me out, but she validated my pain and experiences from our very first conversation. I knew I had to fly in to NYC to meet with her and follow through with the procedure right away. “All these bad reviews had me very worried about my upcoming appointment, but I did not have a similar experience. Everything went well: office was nice and clean, I waited for a bit after my appt time (but that’s literally every doctor…) and even though I waited my appointment was so quick (I had a yearly check up I.e exam and pap). Dr. Simons was nice, knowledgeable, and was super efficient. I mean yeah we didn’t chit chat but she was just doing her job, nothing wrong with that. I would go definitely back.“
