I was iffy joining at first since MMA was so new to me, but everyone makes you feel very welcomed and included- I’ve been at Hybrid now for 2+ years and absolutely love going. If I could go everyday I would!! Master Mike the main instructor has great energy and is immensely helpful, kind, and encouraging. Him and other instructors push you to be better mentally and physically, and work closely with everyone to make sure they are doing moves correctly. Classes are always so much fun, a great workout, and different every time you go. I highly recommend Hybrid!!“

“Our kids love TMMA. The masters are great in teaching taekwondo and motivating the kids with little stickers, but also pay attention to social skills as respect and values.Also, they strictly adhere to all Covid protocols, with small classes, masks, hand desinfection before/after the training etc.The lessons and belt tests can also be accessed via zoom, so parents (and other family members) can see how their kids progress.With every successfull belt test comes not only a new belt color, but also a trophy, which our kids are very proud of and love to display in their rooms. “Both my kids have been going to Bressaw's Karate at Fords for the past 5 years. This place is a very traditional Japanese dojo. They focus on Shukokai style developed by late Soke Kimura. They focus not only in skills and strength development, but on discipline, respect and responsibility as well. The Sensei's and the Sheehan are very dedicated in keeping up the tradition of this school. I like the way they teach the kids on how to use the body muscles the right way to develop strength. They are very patient with every kid and help them develop skills and move up. That has created a lot of long term students who have progressed to black belts. All students and Sensei's and The Sheehan bring a family atmosphere to the school which is very nice. My kids love this school.“

“I love this place for my kids. First off, all of the instructors are great. They are able to command the attention of a whole class of kids and even have them meditate in silence. That alone is incredible to me (my kids are 3 and 5 years old). They teach Tae Kwon Do of course, but also respect, cooperation and responsibility. I know master Kevin for many years and always found his conduct to be honorable. He is definitely not a sale out like many of the masters out there. He is honest and hard working. “Not sure if this guy is talking about the same school. Children’s classes were pushed back to later time to be more accommodating. A letter was sent home to parents and Coach Pat told the kids about time change few weeks leading up to the date. Uniform could be purchased through school or online. Pat gave the info in what was needed if you wanted to buy online. The Gi has to be purchased through Pat because of school logo just like in any other sport. Cost was comparable to online. Classes started on time as parents are allowed to sit in on class which is niceMy son started about 6 months ago and what a great school. Theirs a class every day of the week for my son at a very reasonable time. Coach/owner Pat is great with the kids setting boundaries being stern but also providing an environment that the kids have fun and learn.My son was very young when he started n knew nothing. Pat still took him in and seeing my sons skill set grow and the confidence Pat instills in him is great to see My son looks forward to going every time.“
