We came across ATA during Scotch Plains week back in 2024. My son was 2 turning 3 at the time but I really wanted him to try it out and see how he would do. It was one of the best decisions we ever made for him. He is now 4 turning 5 and ATA has been a consistent factor in his life. The instructors are all amazing, I can't brag about them enough. ATA has helped encourage his maturity, discipline and respect. He looks forward to every challenge and belt advancement. When he first started he couldn't even bow and now he's learning to spare with his classmates. We love this place so much that we brought our neighbors and after one class they signed up their boys as well....read full review

I've been a student at Scotchplains ATA since 2021, and it has been an amazing experience. Over the years, I've grown not only in martial arts but also in confidence, discipline, respect, and perseverance. There have been times when I faced personal challenges, but my ATA family has always encouraged and supported me every step of the way.

I'm so grateful to be a part of the ATA family and I highly recommend their school.
