From day 1 there has been professional and patient instruction from Coach Pat. So much so, that I signed up on the first day I visited. Immediately felt the family atmosphere and have to attribute part of that to the coaching mentality each member takes with newer belts like myself. Definitely recommend!
BJJ is helping my son to build focus and self-discipline. Coach Pat has high but achievable expectations. He treats every child as if they are his own, and I can see that he wants them to grow their martial arts skills and succeed. Try a demo class.
Coach Pat and his team have done a great job over the years teaching my kids the fundamentals of jujitsu. It has been fun to watch them grow and improve their skills. He’s tough on them but also fair. He doesn’t reward anyone just for showing up or paying like the silly taekwondo places. You have to earn your stripes and work hard and focus. It gives kids great confidence to know they can hold their own and do challenging things. We are grateful to be part of this gym.
