John really took his time to asses my situation and came up with a therapy plan that would fit my busy schedule and show results. I am only a few sessions into my therapy but I already feel improvement. I strongly recommend Ethos PT.“

100 Market St, Clifton“Rob and Krista have been absolutely fantastic to work with! I came in with chest pains and lower back/buttocks pains. Rob and Krista helped me identify what my pains were and they've been very informative on how we were going to treat them along with very helpful habit changes that helped me recover fast for work and other physicals demands in my day to day. I would highly recommend stopping in for an evaluation, I've had back pains and brushed them off for years until I was unable to work and they've help me bounce back to my regular self plus more!“

I am back to weight training and enjoying physical activities again with the peace of mind that Dr. Rob is in my corner and Kathy can get me on the schedule, if needed. My only regret was not going sooner.“

Unlike other places in the area, you consistently work with the same physical therapist each visit, which makes a huge difference. They get to know you, your case, and your progress in a way that feels personal and truly supportive. I honestly don’t think I could’ve stuck with my physical therapy as long as I did without them. Highly recommend for anyone looking for personalized, high-quality care!“

11 E Oak St, Oakland“I suffered from acute ankle pain for over a year. Rest and muscle relaxation medication had little effect. I used their services for several months and I have full use of my ankle again. I am back to a high level of activity including trail racing, mountain biking, golf, etc. They not only helped me reestablish full ankle use but build up the related joints in the knee and hip so that injury would not reoccur. They were extremely supportive and effective in taking me through the progression of increasingly challenging exercises that rebuilt my achillies tendon and related muscles and joints. I highly recommend them as a result of their positive attitude, effective progression of exercises, and professionalism that encouraged me to stay the course and put in the work needed to really FIX my issues. I'm over 65 and doing a biathlon in about a week. Don't listen to people tell you that your just older and need to put up with the pain and slow down. I have worked my whole life- now Im going to have time to play.“

After just a few sessions here, my back feels better than I can ever remember. Professional, knowledgeable, and results-driven. Could not recommend more. I've been seeing Christine since April and have had so much improvement in my shoulder pain & mobility. She was the missing piece to my health journey. I was always nervous because i don't like needles but the discomfort is mild and short lived. An excellent resource to have for improved overall health“

83 Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick“It is 8:48 PM and I am laying in bed getting ready to sleep. And it hit me, for the first time in a very long 22 months, I am not in pain. I haven’t had to take any muscle relaxers or anti inflammatories in a couple of weeks. I never thought I would get here. My lower back and sciatica was so bad, I felt hopeless. It was a vicious circle of epidurals, slight relief, me trying to get back into life just to relapse back into pain. The nerve pain was so bad at times, nothing I did seemed to help. Then one very late night awake from being in pain, I found The Back Pain Center on instagram. I filled out an online form and within the week I was in their office. In the meantime, my back doctor has said the only alternative for me now was surgery, and he suggested PT to prepare me for the procedure. Everyone at The Back Pain Center was great. I first met with Dr Reilly. He did a very thorough consult with me and walked me through what the treatment would be like. He had me on a decompression table my first visit and I did leave feeling some relief. My second visit, I met with Chetali, one of the very talented PTs. We went over my situation and she asked me to have an open mind with PT and that I could get better. Over the next 6 weeks Dr Reilly, Chetali and Chris, all helped me with different exercises, therapies and it all came together a couple of weeks ago, When I was almost entirely pain free and putting my surgery on hold. This isn’t your typical PT office. You are actually a person and get one on one help and they do treatments that actually help. The time Chetali, Chris and Dr Reilly all spent we me got me feeling so much better! I would highly recommend The Back Pain Center to anyone who needs PT.“

“A Post-Operative Odyssey: My Enlightening Encounter with Physical Therapist Kishan
Me, a fragile, hobbling wretch of a women fresh from knee surgery, crumpled like a wet napkin—moaning melodramatically about how I'll never dance again, ride with my huskies again, sit squat again( well still can’t do that YET! ) clutching crutches like they were relics from the Crusades. Then enters Dr Kishan the veritable high priestess of physical rehabilitation, the Bodhisattva of biomechanics.
Now let me be candid—it was torture. Not the medieval kind with racks and hot pokers, but the modern, sneaky sort where your soul is torn between gratitude and the raw, searing burn of a well-executed lunge. Each session a symphony of sweat and suppressed screams. But, as Kishan reminded me—sternly, with the wisdom of a Zen master and the voice of a drill sergeant—“No pain, no gain.”
And by the gods, she was right.
Under his guidance, what began as agony turned into alchemy. The knee, once stubborn as a disgruntled mule, began to bend, to bear weight, to believe. He stretched me, encouraged me, occasionally ignored my Oscar-worthy whimpering—but always with a purpose. His touch is clinical yet kind, his knowledge encyclopaedic, and his patience? That of a saint dealing with a theatrical child.
Kishan doesn't just fix your knee—he resurrects it. Nay, reinvents it. I arrived a broken bard; I left a limber gazelle.
In summary: If you want your recovery sugarcoated and cuddly, go find a spa. But if you're ready to walk the path of righteous rehabilitation—with grit, grace, and a bit of glorious torture—Kishan is your guru. I now kneel (yes, kneel) in thanks.
Both Joanne and Joel a divine force wrapped in warmth and wisdom. With hands that heal and words that soothe, both pushed me gently through the agony, their encouragement a balm on my existential moans. They moved like a benevolent sorceress of sinew, coaxing miracles from my stubborn joints
Might I also add Top notch Front desk staff too.“
