“I started PT due to an ankle sprain I experienced while climbing. From contacting AIM, through my treatment, and discharge, I had a positive experience. The staff are very responsive and kind. I worked with Brooke, who was super friendly, knowledgable, and supportive. She did manual manipulation with me, exercises during appointments, and provided me with clear instructions on what I should be doing at home to heal quicker and get stronger. I was able to get to a point where I could walk and climb again, and even got strong enough to go on a climbing trip out West, which was my big goal! Thanks so much to Brooke and the AIM staff helping me get strong and healthy again.“

I have 3 herniated discs in my back and have dealt with pain for more years than I'd like to admit. I started going to Spectrum last April and quickly realized it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Here we are, almost a year later, and my back has never felt better. Not to mention, I am in better shape than I've ever been because of the personalized recovery and training program Dr. Letizia created for me. “Kento is not like other physical therapists. In fact, I’d call him a therapeutic physical psychologist. He gets his patients/athletes to understand their injuries, how it’s impacted them psychologically, and develops exercises to help them recover and strengthen themselves. Kento does not just tell you what exercises to do, he tells you what they are supposed to feel like. I came to Kento thinking I would get a few basic exercises to do a week and be done with it…..like a traditional PT, so I was skeptical it would work. I’ve come to realize that other PTs I’ve seen were just putting a band aid on my problems. No wonder I have been wearing a knee brace and wrist guard for over 4 years. Kento showed me how to move properly….how to walk properly…..twist properly…..change my game to fit where I am at. And after 3 months, no knee brace in sight! It was mind blowing. He delves into what our fears are with regard to our bodies, and how to overcome them so we can move the way we are supposed to. I’ve come to realize that what I’ve been told my whole life with regards to how to walk and posture, was actually injury inducing. Now, I know better. Thank you, Kento, for fixing me.“
