“From the moment you walk in, Manuela at the front desk is sweet, organized, and genuinely welcoming. The team, including Eli, Josue, Edith, and Fallon, work incredibly well together and the vibe there is warm, fun, and inviting, which makes a big difference with me and my mother.

I have seen them treat everyone with kindness and respect. Though the practice can get very busy, it never feels overwhelming because the staff is so attentive and thoughtful, it honestly doesn’t bother me in the slightest.

The new chiropractor Joseph has also been wonderful. He is patient, professional, and very considerate. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all of my mother’s questions, and is always attentive to any signs of discomfort, which gives me a lot of confidence with her care.

Another thing I really appreciate is how accommodating they are with scheduling??they truly try to work with you.

There’s actually another location closer to us, but we continue coming to this one because of how amazing and wholesome the staff is.

“In November of 2024, I began physical therapy for an osteochondral defect in my knee. Rich Balch provided me with an excellent experience from diagnosis, therapy, and flexible scheduling. My therapy continued for 6 weeks prior to my total knee replacement on January 24, 2025. Although the defect in my knee could not be repaired with therapy alone, Rich provided hands on therapy that increased the mobility and strength of my knee and prepared me for my knee replacement. Rich answered all my questions and provided compassionate care that was very comforting during this difficult time and he also recommended a surgeon who specialized in total knee replacements. He expediated my appointment and my surgery was scheduled in January. After a successful total knee replacement, I returned to Rich at Orthopedic Care for an additional 2 months of therapy. I have had a successful recovery and I am back to my active lifestyle without pain. Orthopedic Care felt like a second home. Rich, Ruthann, Ana, and Michele were friendly, helpful, and caring and attended to my every need. I highly recommend Orthopedic Care in Fair Lawn for your Physical Therapy needs.
