“Love Kevin’s Saturday 10:45a warm slow flow, very beginner friendly with modifications as you progress and everyone is so nice! I always take a break when I need to and there’s never any judgement, big space so it never feels crowded and the prices are very reasonable :) the hot yoga classes are great too I just come with my towel, mat, and water.“
“Centre State is a unique atmosphere. Their gym location is right next to a rehab center, their pools/showers are always extremely clean. Plenty of equipment. Mature, considerate and respectful members all around. A huge thank you to the daycare center. If you have kids, their daycare center will take care of them as one of their own. Both of my kids always look forward to it. By far the best gym I have ever joined.“

“This center recently moved to Freehold from Colts Neck. A good friend recommended it for my aches and pains from various physical issues. I find it peaceful and energizing. I have taken an aerial yoga class which was restorative, gentle and well guided. It was my first time and I felt safe in the instructor’s hands. Modifications were offered for those with varying experience. I have also begun a series of private sessions with Sherry which I expect to be very beneficial. Highly recommend!“
