For a professional plumbing supply outfit, they seem to know zero about plumbing supplies. They are under new management. The previous owners were nasty and knew little about plumbing supply. Under the new management they are pleasant but equally clueless.

Google says that they close at 5pm. I show up at 4:02 PM and they are all walking out telling me sorry come back tomorrow. I’ve been a customer at this place for 20 years and this is the kind of treatment they dish out. Last time I ever come to this place

Really terrible service and quality. I spent 10-20% higher on full renovation of bath and kitchen fixtures when ordering from here. Yet two trim packages were delivered with missing parts or incorrect finishes. Then the resolution wasted 7-10 days to get missing parts. The plumbing supply side of business wants nothing to do with the consumer who just purchased $1000's from their showroom. The woman that answers calls is always "unable to help you". Really terrible service and lack of interest to help too. Go spend your good money anywhere else but here.
