Love Kevin’s Saturday 10:45a warm slow flow, very beginner friendly with modifications as you progress and everyone is so nice! I always take a break when I need to and there’s never any judgement, big space so it never feels crowded and the prices are very reasonable :) the hot yoga classes are great too I just come with my towel, mat, and water.
I’ve been going here over a year and I love it! There is such a great community of supportive women who go here. The classes are as challenging as you want them to be. The instructors are amazing. Can’t recommend it enough.
I recommend Elements of yoga for your yoga practice because the level of professionalism from the owner Kevin Nowicki as well as all the other yoga instructors I have experienced is outstanding.
