“Wish there were more stars! Firstly I’m a home inspector with an electrical background. Lazog and his crew are professional, clean, thorough, safety conscious and fairly priced. So onto get into my story. His crew did an amazing job rewiring our 100 year+ home, with the exception of the kitchen because we were going to renovate later when we had the funds. Fast forward to now. We used a general contractor to do the kitchen renovations and we were assured that the electrical work was going to be done my a licensed electrician. It was not. I showed Luis pictures of the issues that I had concerns about and he was able to point out issues and site code with impressive accuracy. His insight was incredible useful I’m talking with our contractor and coronating with his electrician so that they could make repairs and alteration. “Cleared drain line. Toilet and tub were clogged. we had two technicians. The first one communicated there would be a guarantee for the work because we were Having the camera look into the drain. The second technician three days later said there is no warranty unless we do a jetting which was ridiculously priced at over $4000 for two drains over $2000 for the one drain that was clogged. so communications was poor and contradictory. We also felt the overall price was exorbitant.“
